Meet the Foo Crew!

I had the opportunity to meet(and watch a special jam session) with this great group of guys, who seem to emulate energy and excitement about the Foo project they have created!  I asked them a few questions and here's what they had to say:

1. How did the band come together?

I found Brendan drumming at the clinic(Guitar Clinic) he was the new drum teacher and the first song he taught was "My Hero" I was blown away at the passion he showed while playing. It had been in my mind a lot to start a Foo Tribute but finding a Taylor Hawkins is the most important part.  Once I found my Taylor the rest fell into place.

2.What's the most fun about playing together?

The most fun about playing together is the love of their music and the feeling we get when people respond to it.

3.Describe what it feels like to perform live?

There is no better feeling in the world than playing live. Nothing compares.

4.What do you want people to remember after going to see you guys live?

How true to the real Foo Fighters we sound and how, hopefully, we did the songs justice.

5.What makes you guys stand out from the other tribute bands?

There is not a lot of Foo Tributes out there and I think we are the most genuine because we all love their music so much .. Ohh ya and because we all got the band tattooed on us by Allyson at Red Dragon hahaha!

6. What's in store for you guys?

Shows shows and more shows we are heading off to Toronto on Friday July, 31 for a show on Bloor st at a club called Duffy`s and we really hope to network and get the name out there so more and more clubs will book Canada`s best FOO FIGHTERS TRIBUTE
